KIDBEDTIME is a 9-character time variable except for code 99999999, which is for cases that are not in universe.
Description
KIDBEDTIME reports the time that the last household child under the age of 13 went to bed for the night.
Times are recorded using a 24 hour basis in the following format: HH:MM:SS. The user should note that the diary day begins at 4:00:00 and ends at 3:59:00 the following calendar day. Activities that take place between 0:00:00 and 3:59:00 occur at the end of the diary day.
