Description

MILK indicates whether respondents who usually prepare meals or split meal preparation equally with someone else in the household (MEALPREP) have drank or served unpasteurized or raw milk during the past seven days.

This variable was gathered during the Eating and Health Module. Analyses that include MILK should use EHWT as the weight.
