EXFREQ is a 2-digit numeric variable reporting the number of times the respondent participated in physical activity during the last week. Valid values range from 1 to 70.
96 = Refused to answer
97 = Don't know
99 = NIU (Not in universe)
Description
EXFREQ indicates how many times over the past seven days that the Eating and Health Module respondent participated in physical activities or exercises for fitness and health. This variable is only available for respondents who responded "yes" to EXERCISE.
This information was collected as part of the Eating and Health Module. Analyses that include EXFREQ should use EHWT as the weight.
