PRESENCE
Description
PRESENCE indicates whether each person in the dataset was in the household at the time of the ATUS and final CPS interviews.
For some ATUS respondent households, the persons living in the household changed since the final CPS interview. Household members may have entered or left the household during the 2-5 month period between the CPS and ATUS interviews.
The household composition of ATUS non-respondent households was not gathered after the final CPS interview. Therefore, all persons in ATUS non-respondent households were present during the CPS only.
