FAMBUS_WRK reports whether the respondent did any unpaid work in the family business or farm during the past seven days.

FAMBUS_WRK was collected at the time of the ATUS interview. Information on whether the respondent did unpaid work for the family business or farm was also collected at the time of the final CPS interview, 2-5 months before the ATUS interview. See FAMBUS_WRK_CPS8.

2003-2010: ATUS respondents who did not work for pay or profit in the last seven days and lived with a business or farm owner.
